Information we collect

Data retention & security

We keep data for as long as needed to provide services (e.g., order records kept for tax/accounting requirements, usually 7 years) and then delete or anonymize it. We protect information with technical and organizational measures (e.g., TLS encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use approved safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses/UK Addendum).

Children’s privacy
